Davido and Yemi Alade face big competition at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2015. Nigerian music stars Davido and Yemi Alade have been nominated for the “Best African Act” category at the upcoming MTV Europe Music Awards taking place at Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy on October 25th. The third time the award will be taking place in Italy The two music sensation face heavy competition from South African rapper AKA and Tanzanian music heavyweight Diamond Platnumz. MTV is yet to announce the fifth person for this category as at the time of press. Davido was nominated last year but lost out to Sauti Sol.
