Information reaching Hitznaija.com is that one person has been confirmed dead in sporadic shooting at the premises of NDC Head office in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
One other person is said to have sustained gun shot wounds and has been sent to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for treatment.
The shooting was said to have occurred at the regional headquarters where the executives of the party were holding a meeting.
National Chairman, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and General Secretary, Asiedu Nkatia were in attendance and had to run for their dear lives.
