Tinie Tempah, who performed at Wembley before the commencement of the FA Cup final has received fierce backlash from users on Twitter.
The British/Nigerian rapper, whose real name is Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu, was criticized on Twitter after performing a montage of his songs ahead of the big match between Manchester United and Crystal Palace yesterday, May 22, 2016.

Football fans on Twitter who were eagerly waiting for the game which was slightly postponed to accommodate some pre-match performances were clearly bemused as to why the rapper was even involved at the final.

In a manner that is fast becoming the hallmark of Twitter culture, users descended on the 27-year-old, hammering him for his performance.
“Tinie Tempah really is dreadful! Get on with the game…#FACupFinal,” said a Tweep with the username @Rhys_Plater.
Another one one with the handle @yinglesweeps tweeted “There’s a lot of variety, but the average is 2-0 to Man Utd. No one predicted the tightness of Tinie Tempah’s trousers, though. #FACupFinal.
The game ended 2-1 in favour of Manchester United, giving them their first FA Cup trophy in 12 years.
